For Tenants
You can view available houses from our listing page. You, however,
need an account with us to be able to view all available listings as well as book with us.
Here are some important details:
- Free Viewing and Booking: Both viewing and booking houses through our platform are completely free of charge.
- Request to View: Before booking, you can request to view a property in person. This ensures you are fully satisfied with the house before making any commitments.
- Platform-Based Bookings: All bookings are handled directly through our platform, providing a seamless and secure process from start to finish.
No, subletting is NOT allowed under any conditions. Please review your lease agreement or
contact support for more information.
You will be able to top-up your account at any time by initiating an STK Push from your online
account. Rent amount shall be automatically deducted from
your tenant account every first day of the month.
For emergency maintenance issues, such as a water leak, you will have an option to request
for
maintenance under your booked house which will be acted upo as soon as possible.
At the moment, we only support one house per tenant. However, you can book a new house with us immediately after giving notice for your current house. For BnBs, there is no limit—you can book a BnB even if you already have a booked house. We will be rolling out the multi-booking feature soon.
For Property Owners
To list with us, submit an intent and we will reach out to you to request for the required
documents. Once setup, you will be able to view and manage your properties on the merchant app.
All your listed units will be available on the Khubes platform for tenants to view and book.
All
booking will be done and managed from our systems. You can also subscribe for FEATURE
service for premium listing
of your property.
Rental payments are typically deducted from the tenant account on a monthly basis. The
amount
will be immediately available for withdrawal at any time. Withdrawals can either be to bank
or M-Pesa.
You can also schedule transfers for automatic payments.
All property operations MUST be managed through our system. Tenant requests will only be
made
through their accounts. Please refer to your contractual agreement for the specifics on the
mainainace plans.
We want to make your work easier as the property owner. We will therefore take all the
burden of
property management as you concentrate on other things.
